Why do we get such stupid urges?
When I keep myself really busy, I tend to not be as stupid as when I have a few spare hours to fill. Since I stopped wasting away behind the computer, I do tend to have some down time where the dumb side of me wrestles for control...which may explain why my rotator cuff seems to be torn, but that is another story entirely of self injury...its a good thing I stay away from Facebook though, or Id end up chatting with all kinds of people from my past whenever I was idle...which is a recipe for disaster given how things were back in the day...
